The Conoscan 4000 scanner uses Optimet’s conoscopic holography sensors with interchangeable objective lenses from 100mm down to 25mm HD lens. The sophisticated scanning platform with three motorized axes (X, Y and height Z) is integrated with user friendly, robust scanner software.

The scanner is able to scan objects up to 160x150mm, providing results as a cloud of points or surface file (STL), allowing the user to accurately produce files which can be used as a reference to create CAD models enabling an easy process from part to model. Reverse Engineering refers to the ability to reproduce the shape of an existing object.
